Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at VibrantVogueCo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide further instructions.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personal care or hygiene products that have been opened
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at VibrantVogueCo@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right promptly.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
